The Haywood Consulting Group performs some of its services for a flat fee. Our most frequent service, a wholly custom business plan combined with a complete financial model, costs $8000.

Before you commit to any service, we hold a free initial consultation over the phone to evaluate your needs and goals, and we carefully review any existing materials you may have.

BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND WRITING: The usual fee for development and writing of a complete business plan, with all associated pieces, is $5,000. Precise parameters are set at the beginning of the project, and depend on your specific needs and goals, industry type, and other variables.

FINANCIAL MODELING: Financial modeling can be an integral part of each business plan and marketing plan produced by The Haywood Group. Financial modeling is performed on a set-fee basis, usually $4,000.

MARKETING PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND WRITING: The fee for development and writing of a complete stand-alone marketing plan, with all associated pieces, ranges between $3,000 and $6,000. (No extra charge is made for marketing details that are part of a business plan.) The exact fee is set at the beginning of a project, and depends on specific needs and goals, industry type, and other variables.

LEGAL COORDINATION: Coordination of legal services is provided on an hourly rate basis. The usual hourly rate for Mr. Haywood's services is $150. Services performed by other Haywood Group members are billed at $100 per hour.
COSTS

PARTNER COORDINATION: Coordination of non-legal partnering services is provided on an hourly rate basis. The usual hourly rate for Mr. Haywood's services is $150. Services performed by other Haywood Group members are billed at $100 per hour.

WEB SITE DESIGN: Web sites are created for a fixed fee, ranging between $2,500 and $15,000. Each website is custom designed to your exact specifications and needs, not created from a template. Our web designers are skilled at creating polished and functional websites, and at helping drive traffic to your website. The creation fee includes all minor changes and updates to the website for a period of three years.

NEGOTIATION SUPPORT: Negotiation support is provided on an hourly rate basis. The usual hourly rate for Mr. Haywood's services is $150. Typically, Mr. Haywood provides negotiation services; if other Haywood Group members provide the services, their services are billed at $100 per hour.
